Analyst

Overview

Analyst in Credit Analysis for Wealth Management, responsible for assessing the creditworthiness of HNWIs, trusts, privately held businesses, Not for Profit entities, and Commercial Real Estate entities.

What you'll do

• Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and financial data to assess creditworthiness.
• Prepare credit memos with recommendations supporting lending and investment decisions.
• Monitor borrower performance and conduct annual reviews to identify potential risks.
• Collaborate with relationship managers and onshore partners to develop tailored credit solutions.
• Ensure adherence to credit policies, compliance standards, and process guidelines/controls.
• Stay informed on market trends, regulatory changes, and economic factors affecting credit risk.

What you'll need

• 0-1 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration (or equivalent).
• Strong ability to interpret financial statements.
• Basic knowledge of credit analysis and risk assessment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other analytical tools.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Internship experience in banking, finance, or credit analysis is a plus.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, credit scoring, or risk management software.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA Level 1, FRM, CMA, ACCA) are advantageous but not mandatory.
