Analyst - Enterprise Risk Advisory 5A

Overview

Analyst role in Enterprise Risk Advisory focused on third-party risk management, supporting project requirements, client landscape, crafting, implementation and reporting.

What you'll do

• Carry out bulk alert clearance, public media searches, true hit reporting, and reporting tracker maintenance
• Assist in the research on a variety of new business opportunities and creation of supporting material
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to assess acknowledgment of supplier code of conduct, the performance of supplier assessments, external risk assessment and follow up for onsite audits, etc.
• Follow up with suppliers on the status and completion of questionnaires, code of conduct acknowledgments, etc.
• Adhere to client-specific turn-around time and assist in the delivery of output in utmost quality, according to defined scope within defined timelines
• Prepare and circulate daily / weekly / monthly progress reports with relevant stakeholders

What you'll need

• Good interpersonal skills in English, both written and oral
• Good Excel, Visio, and PPT skills
• Good focus on attention to detail and the desire to deliver accuracy and quality
• Good understanding of Controls, Risk, and Compliance

Nice to have

• Experience in Third-Party Due Diligence (TPDD) and/or S2P process (Vendor onboarding)
• Awareness of the role and responsibilities of Compliance / Procurement Function
• General awareness about risks emerging from third parties, mitigating framework and implications of such risks
