Analyst II - Finance Shared Services

Overview

Analyst II in Finance Shared Services Treasury, responsible for managing cash, liquidity, investments and financial risks, including daily cash positioning, forecasting, bank relations, payment processing and regulatory compliance.

What you'll do

• Monitor daily cash and cash flow, manage bank accounts and ensure adequate funds are available for operational needs.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly cash flow and investment reports for senior management, and conduct variance analysis between forecasts and actual results.
• Perform bank reconciliations and support audit processes.
• Help identify, monitor and mitigate financial risks, including foreign exchange (FX) and interest rate exposures, and support the execution of hedging strategies.
• Manage and invest surplus cash, prioritizing liquidity and return.
• Assist with bank account management (openings, closings, signatory updates, KYC), reconcile bank statements and coordinate with banks to resolve issues.
• Apply customer collections and vendor payments to accounts, and execute and manage electronic payments (ACH, wires) and collections.
• Ensure all treasury activities comply with internal controls, policies and external regulations, mainly FEMA compliance with respect to Softex filing, and prepare documentation for internal and external auditors.
• Use ERP accounting and other financial software to enhance efficiency and automate processes.

What you'll need

• Education: B.Com., M.Com., MBA Finance, or CA (Inter).
• Analytical and mathematical skills.
• Communication skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Integrity, ability to work under deadlines, focus and a collaborative spirit.

Nice to have

• Experience in a multinational or shared services environment.
• Knowledge of FEMA regulations and Softex filing requirements.
• Exposure to treasury management systems and financial process automation initiatives.
• Understanding of investment management and short-term cash investment practices.
• Experience supporting internal and external audits.
