Analyst II Software Engineering

Overview

Support banking IT solutions as an Analyst II Software Engineering, with a focus on Finacle 10.x application modules, service monitoring, incident handling, and maintenance activities.

What you'll do

• Support Finacle 10.x application modules across banking operations and delivery channels.
• Analyze product fatal errors and review application logs.
• Execute defined processes and procedures.
• Monitor application services and availability.
• Log service-provider calls and follow them through closure.
• Track and escalate calls requiring additional assistance.
• Perform application maintenance using the defined checklist.

What you'll need

• At least 1 year of in-scope experience in banking IT or related solution support.
• A Science or Commerce graduate qualification.
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification.
• Experience supporting Finacle 10.x application modules.
• Ability to update assigned calls regularly.
• BE, B.Tech, MCA, or MBA qualification is preferred.
