Analyst, IT Risk & Controls

Overview

Analyst, IT Risk & Controls supporting Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance and risk/control initiatives as part of the Risk & Controls team.

What you'll do

• Assess the design and operating effectiveness of controls while supporting management testing activities.
• Perform end-to-end process walkthroughs and evaluate control design and operating effectiveness on behalf of management.
• Coordinate fieldwork activities including interviews, evidence collection, and documentation requests.
• Support IT and business process SOX audit activities.
• Maintain knowledge of the Priceline.com business and apply risk best practices to coverage areas.
• Monitor IT and business control performance to support timely and effective execution.

What you'll need

• 3-5 years of experience coordinating IT US SOX compliance activities and maintaining IT risk and control matrices/frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree (or above) in IT, or Accounting/Finance.
• Experience in risk management and IT audit (preferred).
• Excellent understanding/experience with US SOX and IT General Controls.
• Familiarity with IT frameworks (COBIT, ITIL, NIST, ISO 27001, etc.) (plus).
• IT risk/audit certificates (CISA, CRISC, CISSP, CIA, ITIL) (plus).
