Senior Analyst - RTR

Overview

Senior Analyst responsible for general ledger accounting, month-end closing and related reporting, including handling GL queries from clients and internal teams.

What you'll do

• Responsible for general ledger accounting and month-end closing activities.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and assist in financial reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve queries.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors for interim audit and provide the details and schedules they require.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly P&L and balance sheet, along with all schedules and other reports required by management.
• Perform monthly analysis of P&L and balance sheet items and highlight major variances and observations to management.
• Handle all GL related queries via mails and calls from OPCO team, inter-department, agency and region.
• Support SOX compliance.

What you'll need

• Semi-qualified CA with 3-4 years of experience, or Commerce graduate with 6+ years of experience.
• Strong understanding of GL accounting and RTR process.

Details

• Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai.
• Shift: General (11:00 am onwards), 5 days a week.
• Preference for Mumbai-based candidates.
• Hybrid work, with teams in the office around four days a week.
