Senior Analyst - RTR

Overview

Senior Analyst handling general ledger accounting, month-end closing and related reporting activities at WPP, based in Vikhroli, Mumbai.

What you'll do

• Responsible for general ledger accounting and month-end closing activities.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and assist in financial reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve queries.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors for interim audit and provide the details and schedules they require.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly P&L and balance sheet, along with schedules and other reports required by management.
• Perform monthly analysis of P&L and balance sheet items and highlight major variances and observations to management.
• Handle all GL related queries through mails and calls from OPCO team, inter-department, agency and region.
• SOX compliance.

What you'll need

• Qualified CA with 6 months to 2 years of experience, or semi-qualified CA with 3-5 years of experience in GL and RTR or financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of GL accounting and RTR process.

Details

• Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai, India.
• Early morning shift (3:30 am and 6:30 am).
• Cab facility available (home pick-up and drop).
• 5 days a week.
• Hybrid, with teams in the office around four days a week.
• Preference for Mumbai-based candidates.
