Analyst - R2R

Overview

Performs Record to Report (RTR) accounting activities focused on quality and timely core accounting, ensuring alignment with US GAAP and corporate policies, and supporting accounting and SOX activities across the RTR teams. Reports to the RTR hub leadership.

What you'll do

• Perform specific RTR activities on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Perform specific controls activities, including support of internal and external audit activities
• Perform standard RTR activities around balance sheet and reconciliation
• Prepare month end variance analysis
• Follow accounting policies, procedures and control processes to ensure work is per standard defined
• Communicate effectively with internal and external business partners
• Ensure accurate and timely financial results, monthly closing and compliance activities
• Confirm procedures and controls are in alignment with US GAAP reporting requirements and corporate policies

What you'll need

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Bachelor's degree in accounting with a minimum of 4+ years prior relevant experience in RTR or Month End Close activities
• Detail oriented, with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet corporate deadlines

Nice to have

• CA/CMA Inter+ candidates preferred
