Overview

Analyst role in DBS Bank’s Corporate Banking Technology & Operations team, focused on managing a Foreign Cash Operations unit for trade-related outward cash transactions.

What you'll do

• Monitor and process outward A2 transactions and LRS cases per internal process and external/regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain client services at desired levels and manage stakeholders.
• Handle outward remittances BAU per internal and regulatory guidelines.
• Support reporting and transaction controls including making/checking of transactions.
• Interact with relationship managers and internal teams to resolve payment queries and issues.
• Attend internal and external customer meetings and present updates as needed.

What you'll need

• Minimum 10-12 years of experience in core FCY Trade and Cash fields.
• Thorough knowledge of FEMA.
• Knowledge of Nostro reconciliation and rules related to reconciliation.
• Ability to effectively handle customer complaints, enquiries, and queries.
• Experience managing large volumes and teams.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft applications.
• Functional knowledge in handling SWIFTs.
