Senior Operations Manager

Overview

Senior Operations Manager for the Stress Testing & Forecasting Analytics team supporting Global Markets within GBS.

What you'll do

• Develop and enhance quantitative and qualitative forecasting models for global markets businesses.
• Lead review-and-challenge meetings with FLU and very senior global stakeholders each forecast cycle.
• Own regulatory submission inputs (CCAR, Recovery and Resolution Planning) for specific desks/businesses from a GBS perspective.
• Drive the team’s training agenda for current team members and new joiners.
• Identify process improvement areas and coordinate execution.
• Ensure the integrity of data and infrastructure used for the quarterly stress testing/forecast process.

What you'll need

• 10+ years experience and at least 7+ years in Global Markets stress testing/forecasting analytics roles.
• Deep understanding of modeling/econometric forecasting (R coding knowledge preferred).
• Knowledge of econometrics and quantitative forecasting techniques.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as CCAR and Recovery and Resolution Planning (RRP).
• Strong programming knowledge in R or Python.
• 10+ years of banking and financial services experience in a Global Markets environment.
