Artificial Lift Application Engineer

Overview

The Artificial Lift Application Engineer develops and delivers optimized technical job designs for the Product Line, supports risk management and service delivery, and identifies cost-effective techniques and continuous improvement opportunities.

What you'll do

• Develop technical job designs for the Product Line.
• Identify areas where new and cost-effective techniques can be applied.
• Explore opportunities for value-added products and services.
• Provide real-time technical support to Product & Service Delivery as required.
• Provide technical support throughout the service delivery process.
• Understand and communicate the value of technology and interpretations.
• Consult with relevant subject matter experts to optimize technical designs.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of service delivery and formally communicate findings.
• Support the operational unit PSD team and PSD Manager during execution with design changes required due to changes in job dimensions, resource availability or service quality incidents.
• Assist in incident response, recovery and investigation.
• Support multiple Product Line operations with a collaborative optimized job design.
• Assist the Sales and Commercial team in evaluating technical viability and tenders.
• Analyze job execution versus design and formally capture design improvements and optimization opportunities, including lessons learned and best practices.
• Support the Product Line in risk management.
• Be responsible for the cost of service delivery.

What you'll need

• 10 years + relevant experience in Artificial Lift (ESP) application engineering.
• Bachelor's in Engineering or Technology.
