Overview

Assistant Vice President role in Surveillance Operations, Fraud Monitoring, Legal Compliance and Secretariat at DBS Bank, focused on monitoring fraud alerts, supporting fraud-related work across the bank, and meeting regulatory reporting requirements.

What you'll do

• Monitor alerts generated by the Fraud Monitoring system (Transaction Surveillance) in line with the bank's internal policies.
• Review and analyze alerts and ensure timely and effective disposition of alerts.
• Work closely with stakeholders including operations, business, compliance, legal, audit and other units on fraud-related items.
• Provide support on fraud monitoring requirements such as updating watch lists and caution lists.
• Prepare regulatory reports such as FMR and CPFIR.
• Support ad hoc fraud monitoring activities, including analysis of thematic studies, fraud monitoring projects and automation.
• Drive fraud monitoring automation to strengthen existing processes and procedures and identify new process requirements as per regulatory asks.
• Prepare MIS for trend analysis, escalation and review.
• Give advisory on fraud and scam related matters to BU/SU.
• Prepare ad hoc presentations or MIS as per management routine.

What you'll need

• Knowledge and experience in filing regulatory reports (FMR reporting).
• Well versed with regulatory and scheme related guidelines pertaining to Fraud Risk Management and Monitoring.
