Analyst, Trust & Safety Operations

Overview

Trust & Safety Analyst role within the Operations function, responsible for handling quality escalations, monitoring quality signals, and supporting quality programs.

What you'll do

• Liaise with different departments to handle incoming requests and quality escalations.
• Prepare reports and share insights from quality findings.
• Drive and/or participate in quality programs related to suppliers and clients.
• Proactively monitor and track internal data to identify unusual spikes or dips in traffic by supplier, client, and/or user level.
• Contribute inputs toward development of new tools and products.
• Update product and internal documentation regularly.
• Explore avenues to improve the overall quality function.

What you'll need

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the Market Research service industry is preferred.
• Ability to spot patterns and irregularities in data sets of different sizes.
• Strong organizational skills to track and progress multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in written and oral communication in English.
• MS-Office proficiency, including Excel features like V-lookups and pivot tables.
• Experience with market research data checks and validation, including de-duplication checks.
• Ability to manipulate large files and provide clear feedback on data findings.
• Knowledge of sampling criteria and panel handling is an advantage.
