Analyst - Vendor Management

Overview

Analyst - Vendor Management supports the Procurement and Vendor Management team with onboarding vendors and performing annual vendor due diligence.

What you'll do

• Assist with onboarding new vendors/suppliers.
• Complete annual due diligence on vendors/suppliers.
• Coordinate onboarding and due diligence across multiple departments and locations.
• Help with vendor contract lifecycle from start to end.
• Interpret vendor contracts and understand their cost impact on budget and forecast.
• Monitor supplier contracts due for renewal.
• Complete ad-hoc projects and requests as needed.

What you'll need

• At least 3–4 years’ experience in the fund services industry.
• Preferably exposure to vendor contracts.
• Experience with general ledger accounting.
• Strong computer skills including Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organization skills.
• University degree in accounting, finance, or IT (preferred) or overseas equivalent.
