API Support Specialist I

Overview

API Support Specialist I (API Support Analyst) provides initial support and severity issue handling for Sabre Web Services customers consuming Sabre APIs.

What you'll do

• Handle initial support and severity issue resolution for Sabre Web Services customers.
• Serve as the first point of contact for API consumption problems, requests, and enhancements.
• Validate XML files and schemas during troubleshooting.
• Reproduce customer scenarios to troubleshoot and identify web services issues.
• Investigate causes of non-conforming SOAP and REST APIs.
• Recommend solutions to resolve inquiries or liaise with internal teams for recommendations.
