Product Support - Intern

Overview

Product Support Intern (AI & SaaS support) serving as the first point of contact for FourKites customers, partners, and consultants.

What you'll do

• Research, troubleshoot, replicate, and test product problems and bugs reported by customers.
• Track issue progress and provide regular updates until incidents are resolved.
• Coordinate with Development, QA, and Consulting Services to resolve customer issues.
• Support special AI-driven initiatives to improve support workflows and outcomes.
• Join a weekend rotation for 24/7 customer emergencies.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems using analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to multitask and work independently and collaboratively in a global team environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult escalated customer situations with diplomacy and tact.
• No arrears or backlogs (eligibility criteria).

Details

• Internship duration: 6 months.
• Stipend: INR 20,000 per month.
• Work approach: hybrid and flexible approach to work (stated as such).
• Weekend rotation participation for 24/7 emergencies.
