Application Developer

Overview

Design, build, configure, maintain and update applications to meet business process and application requirements, with a focus on Workday Advanced Compensation and Workday Advanced Reporting.

What you'll do

• Perform independently and become an SME.
• Participate actively and contribute in team discussions.
• Contribute solutions to work-related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
• Maintain and update existing applications to improve functionality and user experience.
• Document application designs, configurations and processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 year(s) of experience.
• 15 years full-time education.
• Workday Advanced Compensation skills.
• Proficiency in Workday Advanced Reporting.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Advanced Reporting.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into effective application solutions.
• Experience configuring and customizing applications to align with business processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with data integration and reporting concepts within enterprise applications.
• Workday-related certification.
