Overview

Design, build and configure applications that meet business process and application requirements, acting as a subject matter expert and leading a team.

What you'll do

• Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
• Act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with and managing the team to perform.
• Be responsible for team decisions and contribute on key decisions across multiple teams.
• Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in application design and functionality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

What you'll need

• 15 years full time education.
• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in O9 Solutions.
• Proficiency in O9 Solutions.
• Strong experience in application design and configuration to support complex business processes.
• Ability to analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices in application development.
• Competence in troubleshooting and resolving application issues efficiently.
• Experience working collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions.
