Overview
Intermediate associate advisor for complex application development, focused on hands-on design, coding, testing, debugging, and systems analysis, with leadership and autonomy.
What you’ll do
- Troubleshoot and resolve application problems.
- Align engineering solutions with technology strategy and application requirements.
- Plan and implement procedures to maximize engineering and operating efficiency for application integration technologies.
- Design, configure, and implement middleware products and application development within supported technologies.
- Proactively monitor and manage supported assets for performance, availability, security, and capacity.
- Maximize operational, performance, and cost efficiency of application assets.
- Provide leadership to achieve objectives for delivery and supported technologies.
What you’ll need
- 5+ years Java development experience in IVR development, Springboot, Openshift, AWS, JavaScript, REST API, microservices, Kafka, Oracle SQL, Jenkins, Orchestrator, and Git.
- 8+ years of experience.
- Proven experience with architecture, design, and development of large-scale enterprise application solutions.
- College degree (Bachelor) in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with all organization levels.
- Strong influencing/negotiation and interpersonal/relationship management skills.
- Familiarity with agile methodology including SCRUM team leadership.
Details
- Full-time role working extended/split shift (11.30 AM–8.30 PM IST) for 40 hours per week.
- Expected overlap with US hours as appropriate.
- Primarily based in the Innovation Hub in Hyderabad, India, with flexibility to work remotely as required.
