Software Engineer - Workflow to build scalable backend systems and data platforms that process large volumes of industrial data.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and microservices.
• Build and improve distributed data pipelines using Spark, Kafka, and Flink.
• Develop reliable, high-performance REST APIs and backend services.
• Work with large datasets to optimize data processing, storage, and retrieval workflows.
• Contribute to system design and architecture decisions focused on scalability and reliability.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term solutions to improve performance and reliability.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and participate in code reviews.

What you'll need

• 3–6 years of experience (stated for the role).
• 1–3 years of experience in software engineering, backend development, or distributed systems.
• Strong programming experience in Java, Scala, or Python.
• Hands-on experience with backend services, microservices, REST APIs, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Good understanding of distributed systems, scalability, performance, and reliability concepts.

Nice to have

• Experience with Apache Spark, Kafka, or Flink.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP plus Docker/Kubernetes or cloud-native technologies.
• Experience with CI/CD, observability, monitoring, and production troubleshooting.
