Application Development Lead - Senior Vice President

Overview

Senior Lead Analyst responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs, leading application systems analysis and programming activities.

What you'll do

• Lead integration of functions to meet goals, deploy new products, and enhance processes.
• Analyze complex business and system processes and industry standards to define and develop solutions.
• Provide advanced expertise in applications programming and plan assignments involving large budgets and cross-functional or multiple projects.
• Develop application methodologies and standards across analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
• Consult with end users to identify system function specifications and incorporate them into system design.
• Allocate work and advise/coach developers, analysts, and new team members.
• Assess risk in business decisions and support compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, and policies.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience implementing projects.
• Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications.
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Applications Development.
• Demonstrated knowledge of client core business functions.
• Leadership, project management, and development skills.
• Technical skills listed: DataBrics, Pyspark, Iceberg, Ab-initio, PLSQL.
