Overview

Sr. Tech Lead for Application Support at Genpact, responsible for supervising application support specialists and leading resolution of complex issues.

What you'll do

• Supervise and mentor a team of application support specialists.

What you'll need

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
• Must have a Master’s degree in Software Engineering.
• Must hold AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional (AWS).
• Must hold Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) (CNCF).
• Required language: English (Required) and Language Proficiency – Proficient (C2).
• Required skills include people leadership and risk management.
• Required skills include Agile Methodology and change management.
