Application Support Engineer

Overview

Application Support Engineer role focused on troubleshooting and resolving incidents and problems in critical business systems, while managing change requests and keeping documentation updated.

What you'll do

• Serve as the interface between client and the application/system.
• Diagnose incidents and problems affecting business system components.
• Manage change requests and support incident and change management activities.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize AWS services.
• Implement infrastructure automation and maintain system health.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal service management teams for timely resolution.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure.
• 8+ years overall IT experience.
• AWS Cloud SME experience.
• Proficiency in cloud infrastructure and deployment architectures.
• Experience with incident and problem management in cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience maintaining AWS services including EC2, S3, ELB, Route53, VPC, and others.
• Terraform-based Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience.
