Overview

Technical Manager for Cloud Operations (Actimize) leading post go-live cloud operations for customer environments.

What you'll do

• Lead and mentor a team of CloudOps Delivery Engineers for post go-live activities.
• Ensure high-quality execution of upgrades, patches, and fixes across customer environments.
• Oversee deployments of changes, enhancements, and fixes for performance, security, and stability.
• Drive automation and standardization of delivery workflows.
• Define and maintain delivery playbooks and low-level execution plans.
• Track and report delivery KPIs such as upgrade success rates and defect resolution times.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of experience in Application Implementation, Cloud Operations, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• 5+ years in a technical leadership or management role.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
• Solid understanding of change management, version control, and configuration management.
• Experience working in a SaaS or Enterprise software environment.
• Ability to support off-hours and weekend operations when needed.

• Work model: NiCE-FLEX hybrid (2 days office, 3 days remote each week).
