Application Support Engineer

Overview

Act as a software detective, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

What you'll do

• Perform independently and become a subject matter expert (SME).
• Actively participate and contribute in team discussions.
• Contribute solutions to work-related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of software components.
• Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders and team members.
• Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance system reliability and efficiency.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of experience in PHP (Programming Language).
• Proficiency in PHP (Programming Language).
• Strong knowledge of debugging and troubleshooting techniques within web-based applications.
• Experience with database management and query optimization related to PHP applications.
• Familiarity with version control systems and deployment processes.
• Ability to analyze logs and system metrics to identify root causes of issues.
• Understanding of web technologies and protocols such as HTTP, REST, and APIs.
• 15 years full time education.
