Sr Associate, Specialist, L2 Application Support Engineer, Project Management, Technology and Operations

Overview

Senior L2 Application Support Engineer to support application and infrastructure for project-related and production activities.

What you'll do

• Provide Level 2 application support for project and production activities.
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot UAT environments.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines to support application deployments.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications across environments.
• Investigate and resolve application, infrastructure, and database issues.
• Monitor performance and system health using monitoring tools.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend service improvements.

What you'll need

• 8++ years of relevant experience in application/middleware/infrastructure support or DevOps roles.
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Hands-on experience with Bitbucket and version control practices.
• Good knowledge of SQL and Oracle Database.
• Experience working in Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools including ELK Stack, Grafana, and AppDynamics.
• Experience supporting Java-based applications and JBoss Application Server administration.
