iGPM & BD PLW Consultant for Application support and Maintenance

Overview

Consultant responsible for application support and maintenance, handling end-user tickets and service requests across iGPM and Planisware.

What you'll do

• Collaborate on end-user issues/tickets raised via SMT/ITSM using ServiceNow.
• Handle incident, problem tickets, and service requests in iGPM and Planisware.
• Analyze, debug, and resolve support tickets with solutions or workarounds.
• Own tickets end-to-end until closure and document analyzed solutions.
• Analyze and address performance issues and implement approved fixes.
• Prepare support/domain documents and follow the support process strictly.

What you'll need

• Experience of 5+ years in Oracle Database/Planisware consulting.
• Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.
• Knowledge of D2K forms and reports.
• ITIL framework understanding.
• Ability to independently analyze and debug problems.
• Educational qualification: B.E/B.Tech/MBA.
• Working knowledge of Azure and cloud technologies.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow knowledge.
• Planisware knowledge (added advantage).
• Relevant certification is an added advantage.
