Staff NOC Analyst - 6+ Years of experience

Overview

Staff NOC Analyst for cloud operations and first-line operational defense of enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, and applications.

What you'll do

• Monitor infrastructure, applications, and cloud platforms and perform real-time alert triage and troubleshooting.
• Respond to incidents as the first responder to restore services and minimize downtime.
• Own and manage high-priority (P1/P2) incidents, driving incident bridges and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Execute runbooks and SOPs, and help create/improve runbooks for recurring issues.
• Run health checks, validate post-change stability, and monitor redundancy and scheduled processes/backups.
• Maintain incident records in Jira/ServiceNow and support RCA documentation and post-incident reviews.
• Identify security-related anomalies and escalate them to SOC/security teams.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of experience in NOC/Infrastructure Monitoring/Cloud Operations/SOC.
• Hands-on monitoring/alerting experience with tools such as New Relic, Datadog, Prometheus/Grafana, AWS CloudWatch, or GCP Monitoring.
• Experience with PagerDuty or similar alerting systems.
• Basic knowledge of cloud environments and application availability/performance.
• Familiarity with firewalls and security principles.
• Good understanding of On-Prem/Cloud infra, VMs, EC2 instances, and EKS clusters.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical thinking, documentation, and communication skills.
