Support Engineer - BY/JDA Enterprise Supply Chain Planning(ESP) & PLSQL

Overview

Support Engineer for Blue Yonder Planning solutions in Demand and Supply Planning, providing primary user support and ensuring required business functions and data integrity.

What you'll do

• Design and architect the implemented solution design.
• Enhance or change the design based on new customer business requirements.
• Perform root-cause analysis and drive permanent fixes for issues.
• Address incident/request needs for Blue Yonder supply chain planning suite.
• Advise customers on industry best practices and process methodology.
• Implement monitoring, performance tuning, and operational best practices.
• Provide technical and non-technical support during steady-state operations.

What you'll need

• 3-11 years of IT experience.
• 3-5+ years experience in Blue Yonder/JDA Enterprise Supply Chain products.
• Strong expertise in SQL and PL/SQL and data structures.
• Working knowledge of ESP modules, configurations, and troubleshooting.
• Relevant experience on Blue Yonder SCPO and Manufacturing Planning suite of products.
• Bachelor’s degree (Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent) or in computer science/IT/related field.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills for alternatives and testing.

• May require 24x7/weekend coverage and on-call response to systems alerts.
