Jr. MES Engineer

Overview

Support and enhance manufacturing operations through the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions in a regulated manufacturing environment.

What you'll do

• Design, configure, develop, and implement Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions to support manufacturing operations.
• Maintain and enhance MES functionality to meet evolving business and operational requirements.
• Support system integrations with enterprise platforms such as ERP, SAP, and other manufacturing systems.
• Manage MES configuration, modeling, and controlled system changes.
• Provide hands-on support for production-impacting MES issues.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve MES-related incidents using structured root cause analysis methodologies.
• Implement temporary workarounds when necessary while driving permanent corrective actions.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, Engineering, and IT teams to deliver MES solutions.
