OCC TSMO IT Operations Analyst I

Overview

Provide operational support for non-production development, testing, and training environments as a Test Systems Management Operations IT Operations Analyst I. Serve as first- and second-level support for test-system users and owners.

What you'll do

• Support business units using development, testing, and training environments.
• Communicate with users and system owners about incidents and significant impacts.
• Coordinate customer testing using the Customer Activity calendar.
• Manage incident status reporting and escalations.
• Engage technical resources to resolve performance, application, and environmental issues.
• Monitor email, change, incident, and JIRA ticket queues.
• Provide weekday and weekend on-call support as required.

What you'll need

• 1–2 years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Ability to coordinate incidents across functional and operational teams.
• Ability to document incidents and resolutions.
• Ability to coordinate with third-party vendors.
