Associate Technology Operations Analyst

Overview

Associate Technology Operations Analyst providing first-line technical and operational support across infrastructure, applications, and monitoring platforms in a 24x7 operations environment.

What you'll do

• Provide Level 1 and 1.5 support for infrastructure, applications, and end-user issues.
• Monitor alerts and events using enterprise monitoring tools.
• Perform incident triage, diagnosis, resolution, and escalation according to SLAs.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and event tickets through resolution.
• Conduct health checks, proactive monitoring, and alert validation.
• Create and update knowledge articles, SOPs, and runbooks.
• Support change, release, and maintenance activities in a 24x7 shift-based environment.

What you'll need

• 0.6–3 years of experience in IT operations, service desk, or infrastructure support.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Exposure to private and public cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience in a 24x7 global operations, NOC, or SOC environment.
• Understanding of SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs.
• Knowledge of Windows/Linux environments and basic networking concepts.
• Familiarity with monitoring and ITSM tools such as Datadog, Centreon, Zabbix, ServiceNow, or equivalent.

Nice to have

• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or Amazon Redshift.
• Familiarity with dbt, Airflow, Fivetran, Segment, or BI visualization tools.
• Knowledge of data governance, security best practices, and ITIL processes.
