Associate IOC Specialist

Overview

Entry-level Associate IOC Specialist role supporting first-tier infrastructure, systems, and alert monitoring under direct supervision. The role develops technical troubleshooting and incident triage skills in a 24x7 environment.

What you'll do

• Respond to monitoring alerts and escalate issues using documented procedures.
• Follow predefined runbooks and standard operating procedures.
• Assist with issue identification and triage across Linux, Windows, and network environments.
• Document incident response and troubleshooting steps.
• Perform daily IOC tasks under senior team guidance.
• Provide accurate updates and documentation during shift transitions.
• Collaborate with peers to develop technical skills.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Up to 2 years of related experience may be required.
• Basic knowledge of Windows or Linux server administration.
• Basic knowledge of Python scripts and SQL query handling.
• Exposure to networking concepts and basic troubleshooting.
• Understanding of incident and change management fundamentals.
• Fluent written and oral communication in English.
