ServiceNow Data Model Specialist - Senior Engineer Service Management

Overview

Manage ServiceNow functional requirements and service modeling for Service Management. Translate business needs into implementation-ready specifications and coordinate with technical implementation teams.

What you'll do

• Manage ServiceNow requests, enhancements, and functional analysis.
• Assess requirements and impacts on service structures and operating models.
• Define Service Level Agreements and maintain Key Performance Indicators.
• Govern workflows for change, problem, request, and service request fulfilment management.
• Develop service offerings, catalog structures, resolver groups, approval groups, and support models.
• Complete implementation workbooks and validate configurations against business requirements.
• Identify process optimization and service model maturity opportunities.

What you'll need

• Any degree and 4–6 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong functional knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.
• Knowledge of Service Catalog, Service Offerings, workflow management, and approval processes.
• Knowledge of resolver group structures and service model design.
• Strong IT Service Management and ITIL knowledge.
• Understanding of Service Catalog Management, CMDB concepts, and ITSM operational processes.
• Ability to gather requirements and create functional specifications and implementation documentation.
