Counterparty Onboarding Associate

Overview

Counterparty Onboarding Associate to support counterparty team day-to-day operations, including onboarding workflows and BAU task progress.

What you'll do

• Act as the first point of contact for external financial institutions on counterparty onboarding.
• Respond to KYC enquiries, refreshes, and counterparty questionnaires and queries.
• Obtain KYC from counterparties and ensure internal records are up to date.
• Monitor and maintain Brevan Howard’s KYC portal and use workflow software to track counterparties/products.
• Assist with the day-to-day lifecycle of counterparty onboarding across multiple asset classes.
• Liaise with internal (risk, compliance, legal, middle office) and external front/middle/back office stakeholders.

What you'll need

• 3 years relevant work experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong time and task management skills to prioritize in a fast-changing environment.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple communications and counterparties under time pressure.
• Excellent attention to detail, literacy and numeracy.
• Excellent MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Proven problem-solving and teamwork skills.
