Executive Communications & Presentation Designer - Manager

Overview

Executive Communications & Presentation Designer (Officer) responsible for creating executive-ready visual storytelling and communications across presentations, reporting, multimedia, and strategic updates.

What you'll do

• Design and develop executive-level PowerPoint presentations for leadership, customers, and internal reviews.
• Convert technical and strategic information into concise, visually compelling executive narratives.
• Draft executive communications such as leadership updates, announcements, speeches, and talking points.
• Create management reports, executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and leadership reporting packs.
• Develop multimedia content including product demos, explainer videos, motion graphics, and voice-over integration.
• Support program management activities such as milestone monitoring, status reporting, risk identification, and action tracking.
• Assist with budget planning, forecasting, and actual-vs-budget spend reporting for programs.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, graphic design, multimedia design, visual communication, marketing, business, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in executive communications, presentation design, visual communications, multimedia development, business reporting, management consulting support, or related roles.
• Expert-level Microsoft PowerPoint skills including advanced layouts, templates, animations, storytelling frameworks, and infographic creation.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and Copilot.
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Figma, Canva, or equivalent platforms.
• Strong experience in data visualization, data storytelling, dashboard design, and executive reporting.
• Excellent written, verbal, editorial, and visual communication skills.
