Analyst - Asset Management

Overview

Analyst – Asset Management working with Asset Managers to implement value-added strategies and analyze financial performance for JLL Real Estate Capital multifamily and commercial properties.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with Asset Managers to implement value-added strategies for JLL REC properties.
• Analyze financial performance of the JLL REC portfolio for risk assessment purposes.
• Proactively manage risk and support the Asset Management team with analytics, reports, and projects.
• Build reporting and relationships with the Asset Management team, production/agency colleagues, and borrowers.
• Analyze annual and quarterly financial statements for an assigned portfolio per best practices and specified investor requirements.
• Prepare and submit reporting to management and investors as required.

What you'll need

• 2-5 years of working experience with a degree/diploma in Real Estate, Business Administration, or Accounting & Finance.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience in real estate financial analysis and ability to recognize/mitigate risk.
• Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work independently and in teams.
• Strong math, verbal, writing, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to audit own work.
