Senior Data Analyst

Overview

Senior Data Analyst role in the Finance team, leading strategic, high-profile analytics initiatives and delivering data-driven insights for operational efficiency and executive decision-making.

What you'll do

• Partner with Finance stakeholders across multiple domains to understand business processes.
• Analyze large datasets using SQL and BigQuery to find trends, anomalies, root causes, and recommendations.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives, business planning, and executive decisions.
• Provide actionable analytical insights to support business functions and initiatives.
• Drive process improvement by using data to identify inefficiencies and automate manual workflows.
• Collaborate cross-functionally (Finance, Data Engineering, Analytics, Product) to define requirements and deliver solutions.

What you'll need

• BE/B.Tech with 5–6 years of experience working in data analytics.
• Expert-level SQL skills for large, complex datasets.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle or BigQuery (other relational databases acceptable).
• Experience building dashboards using Tableau (preferred) or Power BI.
• Proficiency in Object-Oriented programming or Python.
• Advanced modeling expertise utilizing Microsoft Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with stakeholders and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Details

• Work model: hybrid with two days in-office and remaining days remote or in-office (per manager).
