Solutions Analyst for Operations and Analytics, responsible for delivering accurate analytics work within timelines and communicating results clearly.

What you'll do

• Deliver analytic/operations work accurately and consistently within project timelines.
• Communicate methods, results, and implications with minimal oversight.
• Contribute to product development initiatives focused on analytics and benchmarking.
• Collaborate with peers by providing support and feedback.
• Participate in reviews and discussions, adding insights and clarifications.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–4 years of experience in analytical or operations roles.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail to review and refine outputs.
• Strong business writing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong foundation in data analysis and statistics and working with structured datasets.

Nice to have

• Exposure to competitor benchmarking or competitor insights analysis.
• Experience with advanced analytics techniques (Power BI, Power Query, automation tools).
• Salesforce reporting and dashboarding experience.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences industry.
• Experience developing or following Standard Operating Procedures.
• Qualtrics or similar survey platform experience.
• Understanding of market research survey design concepts.
• Familiarity with data visualization principles and BI storytelling best practices.
