Client Implementation Specialist, AVP

Overview

The Client Implementation Specialist (Documentation) supports implementation and documentation delivery and acts as a project support resource under the Client Implementation Manager.

What you'll do

• Generate documents for new/sub-account opening, signatory updates (including KYC), electronic banking setup, and account closure.
• Perform testing and create/update documentation for implementation tasks.
• Manage documentation requirements for implementation and maintenance, including signature verification and digitized archival.
• Liaise with onshore teams on documentation covering cash management product setups and mandate/amendment updates.
• Distribute document packages to onshore requestors and escalate issues to L2 support teams.
• Manage cases using an internal case management tool and update tasks via Workflow.

What you'll need

• Fluency in German with German speaking and writing to communicate with clients (stated as 5-6 years of experience).
• Proficiency in English speaking and writing to communicate with clients (stated as 5-8 years of handling client-facing roles).
• Led a team for 3-4 years with team handling skills.
• 4-5 years of experience handling cash management products is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in German and English.
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and optimize workflows with critical judgment.
