Associate Client Experience Manager

Overview

Associate Client Experience Manager responsible for client success planning, guidance, and ongoing performance reporting.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with sales to understand and document client goals, KPIs, and business outcomes.
• Create and maintain success plans to track progress against client goals.
• Provide proactive, data-driven best practice guidance to nurture progress with ML.
• Optimize ABM efforts by equipping clients with strategies leveraging ML data and industry best practices.
• Partner with Campaign Operations to ensure client campaigns run successfully, accurately, and on time.
• Regularly report on client progress, performance, and future recommendations.
• Act as a client advocate to remove obstacles, minimize escalations, and relay feedback internally.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Digital Advertising, or related disciplines.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing or Account-Based Marketing.
• Prior experience in a client-facing role supporting external customers professionally.
• Experience with marketing and sales tools such as CRMs and MAPs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience engaging C-level stakeholders.
