Sr Analyst- L1 Support Engineer (Salesforce+ Microsoft)

Overview

Provide L1 production support for Wealth Management applications across Salesforce, Microsoft and related financial technology platforms. Troubleshoot incidents, monitor applications and coordinate with technology and business teams, including occasional off-hours and weekend support.

What you'll do

• Provide L1 operational support for Wealth Management platforms and applications.
• Perform incident triage, troubleshooting, resolution and root-cause analysis.
• Monitor applications, alerts, incident queues and batch jobs using designated tools.
• Support Salesforce and Microsoft platforms, including releases and configuration deployments.
• Manage user access, permissions, role assignments and static data updates.
• Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams and coordinate resolution with vendors and support teams.
• Maintain disaster recovery documentation and participate in annual exercises.

What you'll need

• 1–3 years of relevant work experience or a college/university degree with relevant experience.
• Experience in a technical business-facing role within a financial institution or similar environment.
• Knowledge of IT service management and incident and change management processes.
• Salesforce Administration, SOQL and Salesforce Flows knowledge.
• Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams knowledge.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, multitasking and technical troubleshooting skills.
• BCA, B.Sc. Computer Science or a related qualification.

• ITIL certification.
• Cloud certification.
• Related industry qualification.

• Location: Pune, India.
• Support coverage includes APAC, EMEA and North America.
• Night, weekend and on-call support may be required.
• Schedules are based on coverage rotation and duties.
