Sr Performance Test Engineer

Overview

Sr Performance Test Engineer responsible for managing multiple performance testing projects end to end, from planning through delivery.

What you'll do

• Design and develop performance test strategies and plans with defined scope, objectives, workload models, benchmarks, and success criteria.
• Create, enhance, and maintain scalable performance test scripts using JMeter, including custom Java coding for advanced scenarios.
• Execute load, stress, spike, endurance, and scalability tests using JMeter and BlazeMeter.
• Use AppDynamics to collect, analyze, and correlate performance metrics and perform root-cause analysis for bottlenecks.
• Monitor performance and resource utilization across AWS and Azure environments.
• Produce performance test reports/dashboards and present findings with recommendations to stakeholders.

What you'll need

• Hands-on expertise in performance testing, scripting, and application monitoring (including JMeter, BlazeMeter, AppDynamics).
• Proven ability to run end-to-end performance tests and analyze system behavior to ensure scalability and reliability.
• Experience performing troubleshooting across application, middleware, database, and infrastructure layers.
• Ability to conduct root-cause analysis and provide actionable insights.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure monitoring across AWS and Azure environments.
