Overview
Specialist, Data Analysis (Network Data Analyst) in the Data Insights and Visualization team, designing and operating visual analytics and embedded tools for network telemetry insights.
What you'll do
- Design and deliver end-to-end telemetry analytics and interactive dashboards from network flow, metrics, logs, and traces.
- Identify, mine, and normalize network data sources and integrate them into real-time pipelines and visualization layers.
- Develop agentic AI agents and AIOps components to analyze streaming telemetry, detect anomalies, infer root causes, and prioritize incidents.
- Embed AI-driven insights into visualizations and web applications for stakeholders to detect, triage, and resolve issues.
- Build reusable visualization components, templates, and libraries across network equipment and observability areas.
- Contribute to telemetry data quality improvement and performance measurement initiatives for critical network components.
What you'll need
- Exposure to large global network infrastructures (routers, switches, LAN, SD-WAN, firewalls, wireless).
- Hands-on exposure to network monitoring/observability tools (e.g., LogicMonitor, Thousand Eyes, Big Panda, Dynatrace, NetBrain, Grafana Cloud, Zscaler ZDX).
- Practical experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG frameworks, or conversational interfaces that translate intent into structured queries.
- 2+ years building visualizations and dashboards in BI/observability platforms (e.g., Spotfire, Power BI, Grafana).
- Experience building actionable, role-based dashboards and embedding visualizations in web applications.
- Proficiency with programming languages and web frameworks (e.g., JavaScript with React/Vue, Python with Django/Flask, Java).
- Required competencies include communicating technical analysis clearly to peers, managers, and executives.
