Overview

Finance Solutions Developer in Sulzer’s Finance & Analytics team in Pune. Build and maintain Power Platform applications and automations that support Finance process improvement.

What you'll do

• Develop, configure, and maintain Power Apps, SharePoint Lists, and Power Automate solutions for Finance processes.
• Translate structured briefs from functional colleagues into tested, deployable working solutions.
• Experiment with AI-assisted development and low-code/no-code approaches to accelerate delivery.
• Collaborate with BI and functional teams so solutions integrate with the wider data and reporting environment.
• Maintain and improve existing tools using user feedback and contribute to documentation and rollout scaling.

What you'll need

• 2–3 years’ experience in a Finance-adjacent data or development role.
• Primary development stack experience with Power Apps, SharePoint Lists, and Power Automate.
• Comfort with AI-assisted development and low-code/no-code approaches.
• Ability to take a structured brief and deliver independently, including testing and deployment.
• Resourceful problem-solving skills.
• Professional English communication skills to work with colleagues and stakeholders.
