Overview

Develop and support DocuSign templates, integrations, and document workflows for enterprise applications.

What you'll do

• Design and maintain DocuSign templates, workflows, and APIs.
• Integrate DocuSign with Salesforce, Oracle, and custom applications.
• Automate document generation, routing, envelope, and signing workflows.
• Develop reusable components for document generation and status tracking.
• Troubleshoot DocuSign integration and workflow issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable DocuSign solutions.
• Support testing, deployment, releases, documentation, and production support.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–7+ years of DocuSign development experience.
• Hands-on experience with DocuSign templates, workflows, and APIs.
• Strong experience with REST APIs, JSON, and web services.
• Experience with integration patterns and middleware platforms.
• Familiarity with OAuth 2.0 and JWT authentication.
• Understanding of document workflows and digital signatures.

Nice to have

• Programming experience with Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
• Knowledge of DocuSign Agreement Manager.
