Overview

Operations - Tax Operations - Analyst is a full-time role on the Tax Operations team at AQR India, focused on managing Tax Aware solutions and related account/reporting workflows.

What you'll do

• Onboard and monitor Flex SMA accounts and ensure reconciliations, balances, settings, and positions are in good order.
• Create and review client reports and ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Periodically review vendor reports related to compliance, account settings, or trading activity.
• Perform initial and ongoing data analysis for transition analysis requests and account onboarding.
• Monitor daily reconciliations and verify key account characteristics match custodian records.
• Track end-to-end process progress related to Investment Management Agreements and Transition Analysis.

What you'll need

• Undergraduate degree.
• 1-2 years of experience in a financial services institution.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Highly organized, able to multi-task, and eager to learn.
• High attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel and Outlook.

Nice to have

• Salesforce experience.
• Python experience.
