KYC Representative (INDIA)

Overview

KYC Representative role focused on end-to-end KYC reviews, verifying client information, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal AML standards.

What you'll do

• Review applicant information and documents using internal and external regulatory policies and tools/vendors.
• Approve or decline applications, or request additional information/documents for reconsideration.
• Conduct periodic KYC reviews for existing customers and analyze personal details for unusual patterns.
• Escalate issues proactively and propose solutions to improve customer experience and service levels.
• Support Supervisor/Team Leader with case investigations.
• Participate in team meetings to align internal and external customer needs.

What you'll need

• 2–3 years of experience in KYC or client due diligence.
• Experience in AML/KYC (banking or fintech operations).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• General knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications.
