IT Operations Analyst I

Overview

Provide first-response operational support for Sabre’s infrastructure and technology platforms through the Operations Control Center. Monitor alerts, triage incidents and support resolution in a 24/7 environment.

What you'll do

• Apply and follow Sabre ITIL processes.
• Support the operational stability of applications and infrastructure.
• Initiate technical incident calls and support incidents through resolution.
• Triage incidents and service requests using knowledge bases.
• Respond to incident alerts in a timely manner.
• Perform documented operational tasks and follow work instructions.
• Operate shifts supporting a 24/7 environment.

What you'll need

• 1–2 years of related experience in a Command Center or NOC environment.
• Understanding of Service Desk, Command Center or Network Operations environments.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Zabbix, AppD or Google Console.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
