What you'll do

• Provide L1/L2 24/7 support for banking applications.
• Analyze, debug, and resolve production issues.
• Monitor applications and check logs for incident detection.
• Manage and resolve incidents.
• Perform root cause analysis and fine-tuning.
• Support troubleshooting and help identify automation scope.

What you'll need

• 4 to 6 years experience in L1/L2 application support for core banking applications.
• Strong SQL skills, including writing complex SQL queries.
• Working knowledge of Linux and Oracle.
• Experience with IIS and API.
• Troubleshooting, application monitoring, and log checking skills.
• Scripting and automation skills.
• Agile methods, service architecture, and integration knowledge.
